Personal Stuff
I’m a mom to both a human baby and a fur baby, and a wife to a human husband.
I have a deep appreciation for beautiful things, especially anything with a good floral design.
I love watching beginner-friendly DIY project videos on YouTube, though I only attempt a small fraction of them.
One of my favorite things to do when visiting a new city is to check out an improv show—so far, my favorite has been Front Porch Improv in Savannah!

Who I Work With
I work with adults navigating life transitions—whether that means adjusting to parenthood, facing career changes, or processing past experiences that are showing up in the present.

We Might Work Well Together If:
-
You’re looking for a laid-back, supportive therapist.
-
You want someone who will help you process decisions rather than telling you what to do.
-
You’re curious about how your past experiences (including childhood and adolescence) connect to what’s happening now.
-
You prefer a soft, nurturing approach—no “tough love" here. My style is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and patience.

What I Believe
First and foremost, I believe that everyone deserves to be seen and heard.

I am committed to providing affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed care. As a social worker, I am trained to see the whole person in their environment, recognizing how external factors shape our experiences and well-being.

I also acknowledge the profound impact of oppressive systems, including racism, sexism, ableism, anti-fatness, capitalism, transphobia, and homophobia. Processing and understanding these influences can be an important part of healing.

I believe that humans are complex and capable of growth. You are not broken—you are evolving. I truly believe in your ability to heal and become the person you want to be.
Meet The "Team"

Therapist + Owner
My job is to see you, support you, and walk alongside you in your most vulnerable moments. Together, we will work as a team to discover what truly serves you—so you can craft the life you want.

Educator
My role is to help you by providing resources that meet your specific needs. I firmly believe in sharing the tools that I have found beneficial.

Creative Director
Sometimes, traditional talk therapy isn’t what’s needed in the moment. I offer fun, creative ways to explore the many sides of yourself.
Don't worry—the birds won’t be in session!

Owner's Kid
Nepotism is real, people. Nola will often join us for our virtual sessions—her role is to provide cuteness, comfort, and unconditional support.

My Core Values:
Consistency
Empathy
Curiosity
Humor

Virtual Office
One of the biggest benefits of online therapy is its convenience. No more needing to carve out two hours for commuting to and from sessions. With online therapy, there's much more flexibility! You can engage in therapy from the comfort of your home—whether it’s at the park, in your car, at your kitchen table, or even on your couch.
